About me.
Designer, consultant, leader, still making.
I am good at making complex things beautifully simple.
For more than 20 years, I’ve worked across design, technology and consulting, helping organisations turn ambiguity into clear opportunities, better products and services, and practical paths forward. I’m most energised where people, business and technology meet — especially when the problem is still messy, the answer isn’t obvious and different perspectives need to come together.
People who work with me tend to experience me as curious, direct, collaborative and highly engaged. I ask a lot of questions, connect dots quickly and enjoy getting close to the real problem rather than staying at the surface. I bring structure to complexity, but I also like experimentation: making ideas tangible, testing assumptions and learning with the people closest to the work. I care about creating momentum without losing empathy, rigour or purpose.
I come from an art background with a passion for technology and science. That’s why I lean on real-time visual communication: sketching ideas live helps people see the same thing, spot what’s missing and shape it together.
I believe good innovation should expand what people are capable of, not simply automate what already exists. That is what excites me most about design and AI: the opportunity to combine human judgement, creativity and expertise with new technology.
Outside work, I enjoy reading and writing, travelling, running, yoga, long walks, cooking and documentaries. They feed the same curiosity that drives my work: understanding people, cultures, ideas and different ways of seeing the world.
